During National Principals Month, We Are Hoke proudly thanks Haley Hall, principal of Sandy Grove Middle School, for her service to education and her leadership of the Panthers community.
Hall brings 28 years of educational experience to her role, having served as a classroom teacher, academic coach, assistant principal, and elementary school principal. Among her professional accomplishments is earning National Board Certification, a significant milestone in her teaching career. Her experience includes supporting instruction, building relationships, and guiding school communities.
Before becoming Sandy Grove Middle’s principal in July 2026, Hall spent seven years leading Don Steed Elementary. In her farewell letter to families, she described keeping students’ needs at the center of decisions and expressed her commitment to helping every child succeed as she began her new chapter at Sandy Grove Middle.
At Sandy Grove Middle, Hall leads a school whose mission connects quality education with technology, global perspectives, and real-world learning. Early in her tenure, the school invited families to meet its new administrators and share input about the Title I budget, offering both in-person and virtual meeting opportunities. Those invitations reflect the importance of involving families in conversations about student learning and school resources.
Leading a middle school requires balancing academic priorities, staff support, student needs, and daily operations during an important stage of young people’s development. National Principals Month gives our community an opportunity to recognize those responsibilities and express appreciation.
Principal Hall, thank you for bringing your experience and dedication to Sandy Grove Middle School. We Are Hoke celebrates your accomplishments and appreciates your service to the Panthers!
